Arcadia Retail Center Sold For $13.7M

Arcadia Plaza – a Sprouts anchored neighborhood shopping center on the northeast corner of 28thStreet and Indian School has been sold.  Phillips Edison, a retail real estate company with a retail portfolio of 29 Million square feet and 280 properties across the country, has purchased the shopping center property for $13.7MThe Seller was RJ Realty Advisors, LLC a San Diego {Carlsbad} based company and was represented  in the sale transaction by Strategic Retail Group {James DeCremer and Kalen Rickard}.

Arcadia Plaza is a core asset with great local and national retail tenants like Sprouts, Firehouse Subs, Cricket Wireless, Edible Arrangements, Edward Jones and Keep it Cut.  The 64,000 sf center is a core asset in the heart of the Biltmore and Lower Arcadia trade areas. Arcadia Plaza was recently remodeled and will make an excellent addition to the Phillips Edison portfolio, which is built around grocery anchored shopping centers.
